The Portland Mercury has teamed up with Mississippi Studios, Jack Daniel's, Pabst Blue Ribbon, Daiya Vegan Cheese and Nicky USA to bring you the 2nd annual CHILI JAMBOREE!

Due to popular demand, we are hosting 2 chili jams in 1 day! May the best chili prevail! The winning chef will be announced after voting is complete during the evening session. Come vote for your favorite!

We're bringing together spicy, savory, slow-cooked chili from Portland's best celebrity chefs, and adding a full deck of boot-scootin'  bands - for a party your mouth and ears won't ever forget. Taste 'em all, then vote for the chili champ, who'll be awarded the highly coveted Chili Belt. There's also beer and cocktails and football will be on the big screen all day! **Please note: if you purchase tickets, we strongly suggest arriving towards the beginning of the event to taste every chili and get your vote in! Late arrivals may be subject to less yummy chili!**
